You’ll have a dedicated point of contact who will work with you to create a customized maintenance plan and schedule for all of your shading and acoustic products.

This custom program begins with a building walkthrough with a Ver-Tex product specialist to document and assess the scope of your needs, including the type and location of all the products covered in your service agreement, anticipated frequency of service visits, and other considerations that we will go through with you.
As a customer of our ongoing support program, you’ll receive a 20% discount on our standard service call rates for work outside the scope of your preventative maintenance plan as well as our guarantee that you’ll receive a response from us within two business days of placing a service call.
