Joel came to Ver-Tex in 2019 with 20 years of experience in warehouse management. In his spare time, Joel enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and also cooking. He is a huge football and basketball fan. Go Pats!
Gary is first and foremost an active father to 3 sons. Although young men now, Gary and his sons are always doing and creating things together i.e. building trucks, making a log splitter out of an old tow truck boom, doing tractor pulls at fairs, etc. They also love to go four-wheeling and snowmobiling. Gary loves to camp in the north woods of Maine and ride motorcycles to a place he’s never seen before. He is an avid cook, cooking for all family events and smoking foods in his homemade smoker. He is an avid cabinetmaker and always has a project going on, building tables, cabinets, and furniture for friends and family.
Josh’s hobbies include spending time with his wife, Meredith, and two children, Alex (9 years old) and Emerson (6 years old). These are the three people that always keep him on his toes! Josh and his wife enjoy watching Alex’s football and Emerson’s cheerleading, and they love all Boston sports, especially the Patriots and Celtics. Josh’s favorite activities involve spending time with family and close, core group of friends.
With a background in craftsmanship, fabrication, and public service, Eric is a results-oriented person whose drive and sense of urgency are disciplined by his concern for the accuracy and quality of his work. He is an avid learner and is sure that true potential is limitless. Eric is an all-around outdoorsman: whether it’s an extreme climb or fishing a lazy river, it’s got his name on it! He is also a writer of deep poetry and a loving family man. The only thing that eclipses his love for his country is the love for his family, who he suspects is the reason for everything good in his life. And the food’s good too… Eric enjoys a huge spectrum when it comes to his taste in music, focusing on songs that have meaning or tell a story. One of his favorite quotes is, “I could never be a teacher of the people; I am a learner of the Universe.”
